San Diego | Breaker’s Beach, Coronado

If you want some quiet time in a beach. Breakers Beach is the place to be. Literally, just over the fence from Coronado beach. No jumping over the fence is allowed though.

I’m (Still) Alive!

As I open the gifts, Christmas 2015

Yes, I’m here. It’s been a while.

I’m OK, I just have a lot of things up in my plate. I needed time to think. In my mind, I know what I want but, I don’t know where to start. I told myself this, better start with something rather than nothing. I want to see where it would lead me.

Wish me luck! I will be blogging again after this weekend workforce.

See yah! 😊

Hongkong: Solo for the First 24 Hours

Repost and re-edit of pictures from my old blog.

I’m solo on my first 24 hours in HK. I was apprehensive at first but, I managed anyway. All the walking, reading of map/book and asking for direction helped me through my day. I also downloaded the MTR tourist app for directions to the tourist attractions (very reliable! and easy to understand). I had a good grip of my time since I decide for myself especially on when to leave or stay a place (that’s why I love solo travel).

I booked my accommodation with Roomorama. Cheaper than hotels and the owner was very accommodating. It was a typical flat that was very comfortable and homey.

Music Monday | Sitting Down Here

This was one of the songs I enjoyed watching in Video Hit Parade during weekends on ABC-5 (Philippines). I don’t remember seeing this on MTV. A few weeks ago, Lene Martin and her songs was not on Spotify. Fast forward to this day, it’s up and playing in my 90’s playlist.

Ageing Goals

Age is just a number. If I stress too much about it, the more likely I will look and feel old. I’m handling it pretty well though. A few weeks ago, I was in a Hillcrest bar for an event. The bouncer insisted on checking my ID. I told him, I’m 30. He was like “wow” and let me get in. It’s a nice feeling.
