During one of my vacation leave (when I was still working in Singapore), I asked mom and Cha to take me to Jose Rizal’s house. It’s been a while since the last time I visited ( I was still in grade school). I hoped that the weather will cooperate. It somehow gave me a chance. Well, it’s better than nothing. I’m just glad I took the chance to come back. It felt wonderful.
It’s just me… I cried because he sang from the heart.
I was challenged (by my friend) Jho to do a Nature Photo Challenge for 7 days in Facebook. Looking for pictures was easy peasy. The real challenge was, maintaining consistency on posting pictures for 7 consecutive days. I skipped 3 days in-between posting😋 .

I’m solo on my first 24 hours in HK. I was apprehensive at first but, I managed anyway. All the walking, reading of map/book and asking for direction helped me through my day. I also downloaded the MTR tourist app for directions to the tourist attractions (very reliable! and easy to understand). I had a good grip of my time since I decide for myself especially on when to leave or stay a place (that’s why I love solo travel).
I booked my accommodation with Roomorama. Cheaper than hotels and the owner was very accommodating. It was a typical flat that was very comfortable and homey.
