Hello!
It’s been a while since my last TSC. Andaming nangyari kaya mahirap ikuwento 😅. But I think the major happening with me and my fam, we went to the Philippines last January. It was a great and bitin na bakasyon. At least my parents and my lola (father side) finally saw Kulinggit. Next time, I’m going to plan my vacation more efficiently para mas madami kami mapuntahan.
CURRENTLY…
I had a blast (as usual) on Halloween. By 7pm, I finished all my candies! Yey! I felt bad at some point because of my early cut-off. Next year, what I have in mind is to pack sets of candy in small bags and just hand it over to them. I gave the kids the liberty to choose.

Out of all the social platforms, my blog is the one I’ve neglected the most. I feel ashamed reading my Hello 2017 post. I’ve definitely made a lot of vlogs from last year and I’m proud of myself. Making videos is not my forte but many people are watching especially on my FB page.
So how should I approach my blogging game? Mind you, I still enjoy reading blogs and looking at great aesthetics. Hhhmmmm….
I think, I would approach it like my vlog channel. Post 1 blog post in a week. If I’m able to deliver more often than that, great! One thing that’s stressing me the most is the photo editing. As a blog reader, I definitely want to look at something beautiful. I think, the most I can do with my photos, is to make it bright and clear to send a clear message to my readers. BTW, I was able to buy a smaller camera that has great specs (Yey!!!! less back pain).
I will try my best to differentiate my content for each of my platforms. People nowadays gets bored, really fast (aka short attention span).
But then again, I am thankful for the year that has been. I’m back on the work force, I am more in-control now of my wants/needs and people who I don’t want to interact with. I’ve regained “power” on things I SHOULD BE CONTROLLING and not the other way around. My family may have lost a few of our loved ones and gained new members of the family.
I’m definitely ready for 2018. I hope and pray that I will overcome the challenges with grace and gumption.

After passing the NCLEX-RN (Like, finally?!!!!!). We decided to push thru our long awaited vacation. Joseph promised me that if I passed the test, we’ll go wherever I want to go. My choices were:

Been MIA for a while.
I’m going to rewire my ways on how I blog. I observed my blog planning behavior the past few months. I was obsessed with making it super pretty, perfect  and aesthetically pleasing. When the truth is, I’m not even near perfect. It led me nowhere at all! I have no problem creating content (e.g. photos and videos). The process of writing a story is what irks me the most, grammar-wise.
I’ve been blogging since I was in college. I was inspired by my classmate KC Beriña to start a blogspot account since I saw her blog’s URL at the UST-CON Computer Lab. I was inspired to actually blog because of Clarence Ceniza because I just love reading his life experiences. Since then, I was very keen to do blogging for as long as I can.
The times has changed though. Social media and video blogging (vlog) has emerged as the new digital trends in the ever-changing world of the internet. Will that stop me from blogging? Nope! I’m very much active with social media (except for twitter) and just started a Youtube channel. I want to pursue this because I have dreams of maybe one day publishing a book, be an artist of my own caliber and just be inspirational.
I’ll make things SIMPLE and STRAIGHT to the point. I’ll write in Tagalog, English or a combination of both. I will still proof-read my posts. Kung may mali kebs! Tao lang. I-edit ko na lang especially kung may magcorrect sa akin. I won’t take it negatively against me.
As for photo-taking, I will definitely try and experiment ways to shoot. Editing:  I just want to keep it bright and clear. With video-shooting and editing, my main goal is keeping is simple and non-dizzying (apparently, I pan excessively 😅 )
To start the year, I did a “dramatic” time-lapse video. Another “first milestone” upon starting my vlog.
